How to Make Chocolate Chia Pudding

After making my yummy homemade Almond Milk, I decided to make Chocolate Chia Pudding. This is a healthy and delicious snack that the whole family can enjoy, just don't tell the m it's good for them 😉


  • 3 Cups Almond Milk
  • 6 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 3 Tablespoons Cacao Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Cacao Nibs
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Teaspoon Liquid Stevia
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    I have a family of 5 so I went big and measured out 6 Tbsp of chia seeds.

    Step 2

    Add 3-4 Tbsp of Cacao powder.

    Step 3

    Add 2-3 Tbsp of Cacao Nibs.

    Step 4

    Add 3 cups of homemade Almond Milk. *check out my tutorial on Homemade Almond Milk here:

    Step 5

    Whisk mixture vigorously until Almond milk absorbs the powder.

    Step 6

    Add 1 tsp. of Vanilla extract

    Step 7

    Add 1 tsp of liquid stevia or sweetener of choice.

    Step 8

    Visit your pudding every 5 minutes and whisk to make sure there is no clumping of the chia seeds. Repeat for about 20 minutes. Let set in fridge overnight and enjoy anytime of day, warm or cold.

    Step 9

    Add whatever toppings you like to customize it for your enjoyment, fruit, goji berries, coconut shavings, the list goes on & on! Have fun with this one.
