Gather your ingredients. Preheat your oven to 350°
Melt your butter
Your butter should be ready.
Put your graham crackers into your ninja kitchen system, or use a zip lock bag to crush them.
Crush them like this.
Pour your Graham's in a bowl and add your butter
Mesh together like so.
Add you crust to your springform pan, and bake for 10-15 mins. Once it's done, put crust in freezer for 10-15 mins.
Boil some water.
Place a stainless steel mixing bowl on top of your boiling pot of water.
Melt your chocolate, and add some heavy whipping cream. Once done melting let chocolate cool for a few mins before adding to cream cheese.
Before you start your filling. Take 5 mins and pour yourself a glass of wine.
In a mixing bowl, mix together your cream cheese, sugar, eggs, ( add 1 egg at a time) and vanilla extract.
Add the chocolate to the cream cheese.
Mix together the chocolate and cream cheese.
Pour your mix into your crust and bake for 55 min to 1 hour. When it's done baking, let it sit out at room temp for 1 hour before placing in the fridge for 5 to 6 hours.
While your cake is baking, let's work on the whip topping. Mix together 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, and 1 cup of powder sugar. You can also use a hand mixer.
Put you whip in a ziplock bag.
