How to Make Chocolate Cake With Fudge-Frosting

This is without a doubt one of the most delicious cakes I have tasted in a very long time! It's the perfect dessert cake; chewy and delicious - yummy!

Supplies

  • For the chocolate cake
  • 100 Grams Butter
  • 2 Egg
  • 300 Milliliters Sugar
  • 150 Milliliters Flour
  • 5 Tablespoons Cocoa
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • For the fudge frosting
  • 200 Milliliters Cream
  • 100 Milliliters Sucker
  • 100 Milliliters Sirup
  • 100 Grams Chocolate
  • 100 Grams Butter
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Ingrediens needed

    Step 2

    Add egg and sugar to a bowl and mix it together

    Step 3

    Add flour and cocoa to the egg and sugar

    Step 4

    Mix until it looks something like this

    Take the content from the vanilla pod..

    Step 6

    And add it to the mixture

    Step 7

    Heat the butter

    Step 8

    Add the butter to the mixture

    Step 9

    Mix it together until it looks something like this

    Butter/or add baking paper to a springform or a square shape cake form (21 × 21)

    Step 11

    Add the mixture and bake the chocolate cake at 175 degrees for 22 minutes

    Step 12

    Chop the chocolate coarsely

    Step 13

    Add chocolate, sirup, cream and sugar to a pan

    Step 14

    Mix together

    Step 15

    Let it boil for 15 minutes

    Step 16

    After 15 minutes of boiling

    Step 17

    Add the hard butter

    Step 18

    Mix it together until smooth

    Step 19

    Add the fudge frosting to the chocolate cake and place it in the refrigerator for at least three hours before serving
