How to Make Chocolate Cake "Prague"

Very delicious and chocolaty cake

Supplies

  • For the sponge cake
  • 400 Grams Condensed milk
  • 4 Tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • 4 Medium eggs
  • 400 Grams Granulated sugar
  • 400 Grams Sour cream
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
  • 10 Grams Vanilla powder
  • 400 Grams All purpose flour
  • For the frosting
  • 300 Grams Butter
  • 1 Condensed milk
  • 10 Grams Vanilla powder
  • 4 Tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 350c

    Step 2

    In a large bowl mix together the condensed milk and the cocoa powder(by the way this two ingredients are very tasty together, put in on the slice of bread and enjoy)😊😊

    One by one add eggs and whisk until fluffy

    Step 4

    Add the sugar and the vanilla powder

    Step 5

    Now mix the baking soda withe vinegar and add to the batter, like this

    Gradually add the sieved flour and whisk whisk whisk until there are no lumps..

    Step 8

    Prepare your baking tray with parchment papers, i am using rectangular baking tray but u can use round one as well

    Divide your batter equally in two trays and bake for 35-40 minutes, until the toothpick inserted in them comes out clean

    For the frosting , cream your room temperature batter until light and fluffy,then add vanilla, condensed milk and cocoa powder, and whisk until well incorporated

    Its time to assemble the cake, take the first sponge and spread evenly half of the frosting

    Put the second layer and cover the whole cake with the cream. Decorate as u wish, i have sprinkled with some chocolate sprinkles😊😊
