Add milk and butter to a bowl. Heat in the microwave until the milk is lukewarm, and the butter is almost melted.
Add the yeast
Mix it together until the yeast is dissolved.
Chop the chocolate coarsely
Add the chocolate to the batter
Mix it together
Add 300 grams of flour at a time
Add another 300 grams of flour
Add 300 grams of flour
Mix it together - almost there!
Add the last 100 grams of flour
Mix together until you have a nice and soft dough.
Let the dough rise for approx. double size
Straw a little flour on the table and knead the dough shortly
Divide the dough into 32 buns
Make the buns round and put them on a baking tray
Cover them and let them rise for approximately 45 minutes
After 45 minutes
Bake the buns for 9 minutes in a 175 degrees hot oven
Ready for severing! I often serve my bun with butter - that just makes them a bit better. They should preferably be eaten on the same day you make them
