How to Make Chocolate Brownies

  • 185 Grams Unsalted butter
  • 185 Grams Best dark chocolate
  • 85 Grams Plain flour
  • 40 Grams Cocoa powder
  • 50 Grams White chocolate
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 275 Grams Golden caster sugar
  • 50 Grams Milk chocolate
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Take the butter and chocolate and put it into a bowl. Then get a saucepan and fill to about a quarter of the way with hot water and then put the bowl on top over the heat.

    Step 2

    Take the plain flour and cocoa powder and sieve into a bowl.

    Step 3

    Take the eggs and golden caster sugar and whisk them together in a bowl.

    Step 4

    Add some vanilla essence to the eggs and sugar and whisk into it.

    Step 5

    Mix egg and flour mixes together to make the brownie mix.

    Step 6

    Add the white and milk chocolate into the mix and fold in a figure of 8.

    Step 7

    Pour into a cooking tray and put into the oven for 25 mins at 180.

    Step 8

    Leave to cool for 5 mins and this will be the final result.
