How to Make Chocolate Avocado Mousse

A healthy green twist on an indulgent chocolate mousse recipe!

Supplies

  • ½ Cups Raw Cacao chips
  • 4 Ripe avocados
  • ½ Cups Cacao powder
  • ½ Cups Agave
  • ⅓ Cups Almond milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Pure vanilla extract
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Melt the chocolate chips above boiling water and set aside to cool

    Step 2

    Scoop out the meat from the avocado

    Step 3

    Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender: melted chocolate, powder, avocado, vanilla extract, almond milk, agave etc

    Step 4

    Blend

    Step 5

    Make sure to scrape the sides a few times while blending

    Step 6

    Should be a thick creamy consistency

    Step 7

    Spoon into serving dishes

    Step 8

    Refrigerate for 3 hours

    Step 9

    Garnish and serve
