Add three chicken breast to a pan. Cover the middle chicken with chicken broth.
Add 5 oz of Italian dressing. I use the fat free kind to save calories.
Top with grated Parmesan cheese. This is about 2 oz.
Add 1 tsp of garlic salt.
Mix everything together and turn the pan on high heat.
Cover and cook for ~8 minutes.
While the chicken is cooking, get out the spinach and finely chop. It should equal 4 oz when finished. You can also buy this frozen, but make sure it is thawed out.
Put spinach in a separate bowl and make sure it's dry.
Once the chicken is done, it's time to shred the chicken. You. Can manually do it, but the kitchen aid works really well for this.

Add 4 oz of Italian cheese to the spinach bowl.
Add 2 tbsp of ricotta cheese to the spinach bowl.
Add 1 tbsp of cream cheese to the spinach bowl. I used the non fat version.
Add 1 oz of fresh mozzarella cheese.
Add 2 tsp of garlic powder
Put in the kitchen aid with the chicken.
Mix everything together.
Yum! Look at that delicious ravioli stuffing.
Measure out on your raviolis and enjoy. :)
