Boil 1 qt of water and 2 bouillon cubes
Add cut up potatoes and cook for 20-30 min.
Add bag of frozen vegetables, use any vegetables you like!
Add both cans of cream of chicken soup
Stir well and let heat for about 5 minutes
Add 1 pound (half a block) of velveeta cheese. Stir and let melt.
Serve with shredded cheese or toppings of choice
