Mash potatoes; add salt, chili flakes, oregano, egg and flour. Mix with fork or spoon
Add onions, cilantro and garlic and mix
4 Mozzarella sticks (i used one more when i had extra potato mixture left.)
Cut in half
Lightly wet palms of your (clean!) hand and make a roll with the mix
Push in a piece of cheese stick; cover with potato mix
Fry in 2-3 tbsp oil on medium heat until browned. You can also bake at 375 deg until golden brown (about 20-25 mins)
Enjoy your cheesy potato mozzarella rolls while still warm. Take care not to eat while hot; the cheese might burn you!
