First step is to get a blender and set it up to put the ingredients into.

Now you want to get your butter melted and cooled so you can add it in later. Cut the two tablespoons of butter and put in a dish, placing it into a microwave for 50 secs, or until thoroughly melted.

You can set your butter aside for the moment and start adding your flour, water, milk, salt and eggs to the blender.

Now it's time to add your salt and cooled butter to the blender.

Put the lid on your blender and time to blend. Blend ingredients for 5 seconds. Turn off blender and scrape the sides. Then blend for another 20 seconds.

Now take your batter and pour into a bowl. Then refrigerate for at least one hour. After that, we will make the crepes. ;)

While we wait for the batter to be ready, it's time to fry up the bacon.

Add some oil or butter to a fry pan and get it heated up.

While your bacon sizzles, you can flavor it up with some pepper or granulated garlic. Use your imagination and get creative ;)

Now the crepe batter is ready so here we go.

Get your crepe pan on the burner and turn it on to medium. Do not go past medium as it will warp the bottom of the pan. I am on my second one because of it.
