Make the Brownies and the Cupcakes as per box instructions.
Put half the tub of Vanilla icing in two bowls.
Add red food colouring to one bowl. Stir until it looks like the colour of ketchup or tomato sauce.
Add yellow food colouring to the other bowl. Stir until colour looks like cheese or mustard.
Add some green food colouring in a glad bag with coconut and shake well until it looks like lettuce.
Once the brownies are out of the oven and have cooled, cut circles the size of the cupcake.
Repeat, for the amount of cupcakes you have made.
Get the brownie patties out and squish so it looks 'meaty'. Put aside.
Have all your cupcakes ready by removing the wrappers.
Cut cupcake in half, just below the 'muffin top'. Try and keep them as level as possible.
Repeat this for all of your cupcakes.
Add a dollop of yellow icing.
Repeat this with all the cupcakes.
Put a brownie patty on top.
Repeat will all the cupcakes.
Put a dollop a of red icing on top.
Repeat for all the cupcakes.
Sprinkle the green coconut on top.
Repeat with all.
Place the muffin top on top and skewer it down with a toothpick (use the cellophane toothpick as it is more decorative). Place in the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
