Gather your ingredients and preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Unroll your dough and cut long rectangles, three strips.
Stretch each to be about three inches wide and about 34 inches long each. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese in the center of each strip.
Fold the dough over the cheese, pressing down to seal. We rolled ours too to ensure it was a tight seal.
To make your pretzels, take one of your dough logs, and form a circle.
Then, twist your ends and pull them down to touch the bottom of your circle. Repeat with your other two logs.
Place them on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with olive oil. Then, wrap pepperoni on each pretzel.
Sprinkle the tops with your remaining cheese.
Bake for 14-18 minutes until golden brown.
Now it's time to rip, dunk, repeat! Serve with pizza sauce for extra dipping fun.
