  • Cheese
  • Crushed garlic
  • Dijon mustard

    1 or 2 old rolls work best

    Cut V's out like this

    Nice gaps for the filling

    Place in a bowl and add crushed garlic two teaspoon

    Teaspoon of Dijon mustard

    3 or 4 teaspoons of butter

    Some grated cheese

    The secret ingredient beer 6-8 table spoons of beer

    Nix together

    Step 14

    Use your hands and fill the V shapes with the filling

    Place some rolled up aluminium foil under the roles to keep of the baking tray to get them more crispy
