Slice challah into 1/2 inch slices.
Break 4 eggs into mixing bowl.
Wisk the eggs until they become frothy
Important step: Whisk one cup of milk into the eggs. Make sure you slowly emulsify the milk into the eggs. Sorry about the hands being in the way!
Add a pinch of salt, sugar, teaspoon of dominican vanilla, and cinnamon to taste. Mix again.
Place sliced challah into French Toast mix making sure each slice gets enough mix. Don't over saturate the slices since they'll break into pieces as you transfer them into the pan.
Butter a non stick pan at medium heat.
Place French toast into pan. Turn after 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Enjoy with syrup and Spanish coffee!
