How to Make Carrot Soup

This a great healthy soup to enjoy during a fall or winter day to warm the bones. You can also enjoy it raw if you wish.

Supplies

  • Blender
  • 3 large carrots - chopped
  • 1 small onion - diced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger - grated
  • 1 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • Cutting board
  • Chopping knife
  • Pinch sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 cups water
  • Large sauce span
  • Stirring spoon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 apples - diced

    Step 1

    Step 3

    1 teaspoon grated ginger www.PowerofFood.com

    Step 4

    1/2 cup diced onion www.PowerofFood.com

    Step 5

    Once all your ingredients are ready, place them into a blender with 4 cups of water and blend. Add the final 2 cups of water after you are done blending and blend further. www.PowerofFood.com
