Prepare the ingredients.
Peel the carrots and cut the ends. Peel the peaches and remove the stone. Press the orange. For thyme, keep only the leaves.
Place all ingredients except water in a blender.
Blend at high speed, carrots must mix. Add water to desired consistency (it is possible to put more water than we indicated) and continue to mix all.
If you want a less lumpy smoothie, you can filter it. Let it cool in the fridge and enjoy once it is chilled (you can add ice cubes).
