How to Make Cardamom Vanilla Pancakes

Supplies

  • 1 ½ Cups Flour
  • ½ Teaspoons Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Cardamom
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Grape seed oil
  • 1 Organic lemon
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla powder
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Get your supplies. Milk is missing

    Step 2

    A bowl

    Step 3

    Add flour

    Step 4

    And salt

    Step 5

    And powdered cardamom, sugar and powdered vanilla

    Step 6

    Take another bowl and add aggs

    Step 7

    And milk

    Step 8

    Whisk it with a hand mixer

    Step 9

    Grate the lemon peel

    Step 10

    Mix the dry and wet ingredients

    Step 11

    Heat your pan

    Step 12

    Grease your pan

    Step 13

    Pour some pancake batter on the pan

    Step 14

    Move the pan around to spread the batter

    Step 15

    Set a plate beside the stove

    Step 16

    Let it bake a couple of minutes to the sides gets golden brown and then flip it.

    You can do that cool air-flip-trick if you can, but I like my a pancakes unattached from the ceiling... ;)

    When it is done, move it to the plate and put another plate on the top to keep the heat inside

    Serve with for example: syrup, chocolate, apple sauce, lemon, sugar or jam
