How to Make Caramelized Shrimp + Pork Belly

Supplies

  • 2 Bunches Pork belly
  • 1 Pounds Shrimp
  • 2 Tablespoons Minced garlice
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Minced red onions
  • 2 Tablespoons Chicken gnor
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons Pepper Flakes
  • 4 Tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 4 Tablespoons Light brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Coco caramel
  • 2 Teaspoons Chili powder
  • ½ Liters Coke
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Marinate the pork belly: add 1tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp minced purple onion, 3 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp of chicken gnor, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp light brown sugar, 1 tsp chili pepper.Mix well, wait15mins

    Step 2

    Marinate the shrimp: add 1tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp minced purple onion, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1/2 tbsp of chicken gnor, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp light brown sugar, 1 tsp chili pepper.Mix well, wait15mins

    Step 3

    Add minced garlic and minced purple onion to oil

    Step 4

    Add marinated pork belly, cook slightly

    Step 5

    Add marinated shrimps

    Step 6

    Pour 1/2 bottle of Coke

    Step 7

    Wait till shrimps and meat are cooked

    Step 8

    Add Coke, increase to high heat for a few minutes, stir well, decrease to low heat and let shimmer for 20 minutes

    Step 9

    Final product!
