How to Make Capsicum and Mushroom Fried Rice

Supplies

  • 2 Cups Rice
  • Salt n pepper to taste
  • Oregano
  • 1 Cup Capsicum
  • 1 Cup Mushrooms
  • 2 Tablespoons Coriander
  • 1 Teaspoon Green chillies
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Cut capsicum, coriander and green chillies up. Also cut onion and garlic and keep aside

    Step 2

    In meanwhile wash the rice twice to remove all dirt.

    Step 3

    Soak in water and keep aside. Then cook the rice till it is "al dente"

    Step 4

    Separately in a pan heat up a table spoon of oil or butter an add chopped up garlic and chillies. Then add onion till they brown a bit. Then add the capsicum and cook. Add salt and pepper to taste

    Step 5

    Also can add shredded chicken and other veggies if u like.

    Step 6

    Add the Al dente rice to veggies.

    Step 7

    Cook and add salt and pepper to taste

    Step 8

    Wash Mushooms and prepare to make sautéed mushrooms (for detailed instructions see my other snapguide on it :) )

    Step 9

    After the sautéed mushroom are made add them to the fried rice in the other pan.

    Step 10

    Mix in the mushrooms well and ur ready :)

    Step 11

    Serve the rice alongside sides of portion of the sautéed mushrooms. Enjoy!
