How to Make Canned Caramel Cake

  • 250 Grams Sour cream
  • 3 Eggs
  • 200 Grams Sugar
  • 200 Grams Canned caramel
  • ½ Teaspoons Baking soda( with vinegar)
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • 400 Grams Flour
  • For the frosting
  • 150 Grams Butter
  • 200 Grams Canned caramel
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Preheat the oven 350F. First mix the eggs with the sugar

    Step 2

    Add the canned caramel, sour cream, soda mixed with vinegar and mox well

    Step 3

    Add the dry ingredients( flour and cocoa). You should get a runny batter

    Step 4

    Pour into a greased pan and bake 30-40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in it comes out clean

    Step 5

    While the biscuit is cooling lets make the frosting. Mix the softened butter and caramel very well.

    Step 6

    Add the cocoa and vanilla and mix until smooth.

    Step 7

    Cut and serve
