Heat oven to 375F. I'm going to use a Classic White Pillsbury cake mix.
Place cake mix in a large mixing bowl.
Add 3 large eggs.
Add 1/3 cup oil.
Mix all ingredients until they are moistened.
Add your choice of sprinkles.
Roll into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart. You should get around 3 dozen.
Using the bottom of a glass dipped in flour, flatten until about 1/4 inch thick. Bake for 6-8 mins, or until edges turn golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
Using easy frost frosting to ice the cookies.
Spread evenly on to cookies and use a spatula to smooth.
Decorate with sprinkles. Enjoy!
