How to Make Burger Guac

This isn't your scoop-and-eat guacamole. This is especially for burgers. Simple with only three ingredients so you can make it on the fly. Recipe by Peyton Carpenter.

Supplies

  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 Coarse ground pepper
  • 1 Garlic Salt
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Start with 2 avocados. Purple and softish.

    Step 2

    Remove the seeds.

    Step 3

    Step 4

    There.

    Step 5

    Spoon out the good stuff.

    Step 6

    And discard the skins.

    Step 7

    Grab some coarse ground black pepper and garlic salt.

    Step 8

    And go a little nuts.

    Step 9

    Smash it all together with a fork.

    Step 10

    Add maybe a little more seasoning. If you like.

    Step 11

    Spoon it into a serving bowl.

    Step 12

    And let your friends smear it on their burgers.
