Add your shreds and glycerine to your pot, and pour in 12 cups of filtered water. If you're using vitamins (I used 55 mg. of vitamins for the face wash) add those at this time.

Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring. Reduce heat to low and whisk with your electric mixer. You can also use a handheld whisk.

Once cooled, depending on the thickness, you may need whisk in hot filtered water to achieve desired texture. The body wash was extremely thick after cooled, so I whisked in 32 Oz boiling water.

As a final step: Whether you added additional water or not, you'll need to whisk to smooth it out. Whisk until it creamy. Perfect!

The face wash was the ideal consistency and didn't need additional water. I whisked and it was done.
