Well let's start, take your fresh Brussel sprouts and Immerse them In some water. We will Cook them until they pierce easily and are softened. TIP:If you can steam them it is so much healthier😊.
So that's how it should be soft.
Take them out of the water and set aside.
Now let's take a pan set it over medium heat. Add the butter and let it melt
Take the olive oil and add it as well
Now here is the fun part, pour the breadcrumbs over the entire surface of the pan. We want to brown it. Add the garlic over the breadcrumbs
Stir it quickly we don't want it to burn, we just want the buttery, garlicky flavor infused in the breadcrumbs.
After it has crisped,we will add the Brussel sprouts.
Stir it all together. We want all the Brussel sprout to be covered with the breadcrumb mixture. If it seems a bit dry add a drizzle of evoo or a pat of butter.😀 Serve warm
