Combine ingredients all at once in a blender cup. Ingredients are: brown rice flour, brown rice protein, oat bran, flax meal 1 Tablespoon each and 1/4 cup egg whites.
Spray skillet with non-stick. Do that before turning heat on (important).
Pour blended mix on the skillet and make sure it is very thin (use spoon to lay it out).
When you finished laying out the blended mix. now you can turn the heat on. "5-6" would be ok.
Cook one side for about 3 minutes on "5-6" heat. Then flip and cook other side for about a minute or so. Make sure it doesn't burn (:.
Transfer the "thin pancake" onto the cutting board and slice into chips. (with a knife or pizza cutter).
Put chips on baking tray.
Press "Broil" and "Start".
Place tray into oven.
Broil for about 3-4 minutes, then turn them upside down and broil for another 2 min or so. At this point it is important to keep an eye on them, because they can start burning.
Just as soon as you will start seeing crispy browned spots on the chips, take the tray out!
