Preheat oven to 400F (204C) in combi mode.
Place butter in a half hotel pan.
Place into the preheated oven for 40 min. 50% fan.
The butter will melt immediately and begin to bubble.
The butter will reach an amber color and smell like caramel.
Remove from oven and let sit for 5 min. to cool. Brown butter solids should be visible on the bottom of the pan.
Slowly drain off the butter leaving the solids in the pan. You can utilize the butter you drained to make other things such as brown butter ice cream. Scrap off the solids and store in a container.
