Perfect baking for a lazy sunday morning. Great for jam or what ever is your favourite bread spread. Kids love them. Great to bake and freeze and have later.
Mix your dry ingredients. Melt the butter and ad to the milk. Add the eggs to your dry mix and add in the butter/milk mix a little by little. Knead it well, and adjust with flour for the right dougj.
Let the dough rise for one hour.
Now, cut it to four equall pieces. Roll the out like a sausage. Cut in 6 pieces. Lay on a tray and let them rise for 30minutes more.
Set your stove to 200 degrees. Whisk an egg, and stroke the buns. Sprinkle them with some seeds (poppy seeds for instance?). Bake them for about 10minutes. Serve :)
