How to Make Breaded Baked Zucchini

One of our favorite summer snacks.

Supplies

  • 1 Large Zucchini
  • 2 Cups Bread crumbs
  • 1 ½ Cups Kraft shredded Parmesan Romano and Asiago cheese
  • 1 Cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Cavender's all purpose Greek seasoning
  • 4 Eggs
  • Pam olive oil spray
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Mix the bread crumbs with the grated Parmesan cheese and the Cavender's Greek seasoning.

    Step 2

    Scramble the eggs in a separate dish.

    Step 3

    Cover your zucchini with the egg...

    Step 4

    ...Using the flip and dunk method...

    Step 5

    ...After covering the zucchini with the eggs, cover the zucchini with the bread crum mix...

    Step 6

    ...Put the covered zucchini on a tray you have sprayed with the Pam olive oil spray...

    Step 7

    ...Bake at 475 for 5-10 minutes...

    Step 8

    ...After the 5-10 minutes take the zucchini out of the oven and flip them over and sprinkle the asiago cheese mix over each piece...

    Step 9

    ...Make sure the cheese is evenly distributed...

    Step 10

    ...Back in the oven for 5-10 more minutes...

    Step 11

    ...Cook until golden brown or as dark as you prefer.
