How to Make Breaded and Baked Ravioli Bites

Supplies

  • 24 Beef ravioli, thawed
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Milk
  • 1 Cup Panko bread crumbs
  • ¼ Cups Seasoned bread crumbs
  • ¼ Cups Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Cooking spray
  • Marinara sauce
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Preheat oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit.

    Step 2

    Place ravioli on a plate. If frozen, you can defrost in the microwave (that's what I did!)

    Step 3

    Place eggs in a bowl and whisk.

    Step 4

    Add milk. Whisk again.

    Step 5

    In a separate bowl, add panko bread crumbs.

    Step 6

    Add seasoned bread crumbs.

    Step 7

    Add Parmesan cheese. Mix well.

    Step 8

    Cover a baking pan with aluminum foil. Spray with cooking spray.

    Step 9

    Set up your work station.

    Step 10

    Coat ravioli in egg mixture.

    Step 11

    I use two forks to lift the ravioli out of the egg mixture.

    Step 12

    Place ravioli in bread crumbs. Coat well on both sides.

    Step 13

    Place ravioli on aluminum foil. Continue with the rest of the ravioli.

    Step 14

    When finished, it will look like this. Place in oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.

    Add marinara sauce to a small cup and place two ravioli in sauce. Serve and enjoy!
