How to Make Blissful Kiwi Mint Morning Cleanse Smoothie

Simple 3 step recipe to start your day with enough nutrients for the day and a heavenly relaxed feeling in your belly. The ginger is also very energizing to get the day going.


  • 1 Ripe Kiwi
  • 1 Cup Diced Cucumber
  • ½ Inches Peeled Ginger
  • ½ Cups Yogurt
  • ¼ Cups Water
  • 6 Ice cubes
  • 2 Teaspoons Agave Syrup or Honey
  • 1 Bunch Fresh Mint leaves
  • ¼ Lime (juice)
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Pick your mint leaves off the stem. (Use plenty of mint !) Scoop the kiwi out if its skin. Peel the ginger. Chop cucumber into 1-2in cubes. Squeeze lime juice into your blender or magic bullet.

    Step 2

    Toss all your ingredients into the blender or magic bullet. Pulse for 10-20 seconds to get the ice crushed if you don't have a fancy Blendtech. Blend until smooth then ENJOY !
