How to Make Beef Enchiladas

Supplies

  • 1 White onion
  • 6 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Bunch Cilantro
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 Green bell pepper
  • 1 Yellow bell pepper
  • 1 Kilogram Ground beef
  • 300 Grams Sharp cheddar cheese
  • 300 Grams Monterey Jack cheese
  • 20 Tortillas
  • 1 Pinch Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1 Pinch Black pepper
  • 2 Can Enchilada sauce
  • 1 Pinch Coriander seed
  • 4 Jalapeño peppers
  • 1 Stewed tomato can
  • 2 Limes
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Dice & mix bell peppers

    Step 2

    Juice limes

    Step 3

    Dice onions

    Step 4

    Chop garlic

    Step 5

    Rough chop cilantro

    Step 6

    Fry onions until translucent

    Add garlic

    Step 8

    Add ground beef an brown

    Add spices

    Step 10

    Add bell peppers

    Add tomatoes

    Add a little of the enchilada sauce

    Add cilantro and lime juice

    Let it simmer

    Spread some sour cream

    Add beef mix

    Add some cheese

    Add jalapeño peppers

    Fold the bottom...

    Then one side

    Then the other, and close from the top.

    Coat the bottom of the bowl with some enchilada sauce

    Assemble the burritos in the bowl

    Add the rest of the enchilada sauce on top of the burritos

    Add the rest of the cheese

    Bake in a 180 deg cel oven for 20 mins or until the cheese I melted and the sauce is bubbling
