Cut preferred bread into cubes. I used sourdough, wheat and white.
Measure out pesto.
Add pesto to bread cubes.
Gently mix until bread cubes are covered with pesto.
Spread cubes out in a single layer on parchment covered jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Let cool, and package in airtight container. (I like to use wide mouth mason jars). Great to use as soup or salad toppings.
