How to Make Basil Chicken Thai Style

Supplies

  • 500 Grams Chicken mince
  • 5 Garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 4 Green chilli chopped
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Soy
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Cup Chicken stock
  • Basil leaves
  • Oil
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Line up ur supplies

    Step 2

    Heat oil in a wok add garlic and chilli. Fry for couple of minutes

    Step 3

    Add minced chicken and chicken stock. Cook for 10 mins till the chicken cooks and a little of the stock evaporates.

    Step 4

    Now add all the seasoning , sauces, basil leaves. Let it boil for a minute. Stir for a further minute and remove from stove

    Step 5

    Serve hot with fried egg and steamed rice

    Step 6

    I hav used dried basil leaves if can get fresh ones It tastes much better.Careful wit salt becoz the sauces hav salt in them,Taste n add. Chilli can be added or reduced according 2 how spicy u want it
