How to Make Basic Tapenade

Basic Tapenade recipe, try it out with different kind of olives or mix it up!

Supplies

  • 240 Grams Black Maroccan Olives
  • 1 Tablespoon Capers
  • 2 Anchovies
  • ½ Lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Here are the olives, I couldn't find them pitted already, so I will have to pit them myself. You can use kalamata olives instead or green olives, or even mixed ones, whichever flavor you want.

    Step 2

    Place the pitted olives in a blender

    Step 3

    Add capers, anchovies and lemon juice

    Step 4

    Add olive oil and blend until creamy

    Step 5

    Ready to be served as a spread, appetizer or to garnish other recipes. Enjoy!
