Flour and salt
Add sugar to warm water along with add yeast. the yeast is activated by consuming sugar in warm h2o. Let it stand about 5 mins until frothy
Add yeast solution to flour and knead.
Make sure to knead thoroughly to work the gluten. Gluten gives bread its characteristics- firmness and elasticity.
Looks mushy... It's time to add the oil.
Dont worry, the oil will incorporate into the dough when you knead it further
See? It's a sticky dough but your bread will turn out really soft
Transfer dough in a loaf pan -- using a metal pan is recommended but I dont have one :( loosely cover with plastic wrap or damp ( not soaked) cloth.
When it rose after sitting in a warm place for 30-40 mins
I removed the plastic wrap carefully bc the dough had stuck to it
Bake at 350 for about 30 mins. The crust should be golden brown. Remove bread ftom pan and pat the base - a hollow sound is what you are aiming for
