How to Make Bananna Choc-Chip Muffins

Supplies

  • 2 Cups Self raising flour
  • ½ Cups Caster sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Ripe banana
  • ⅓ Cups Dark chocolate bits
  • 1 ⅓ Cups Water
  • 1 Wooden spoon
  • 1 Large mixing boll
  • 1 12 hole muffin pan
  • Measuring cups
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    First preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

    Step 2

    Put your crushed up banana in with your dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

    Mix ingredients than to form a well in the middle.

    Step 5

    Slowly mix 1 1/3 cups of water into the well.

    Step 6

    Use a wooden spoon to mix the ingredients until everything is combined.

    Step 7

    Should end up like this.

    Grease and line a 12 hole muffin pan.

    Step 9

    Ingredients are evenly shared in each muffin case. And if you want you can sprinkle some desiccated coconut crumbs.

    Step 10

    Finally place it into the oven and bake for 18 - 22 mins, until skewer comes out clean when inserted into one of the muffins.

    Step 11

    Let them cool for 2 mins in the pan.

    Step 12

    Leave to cool completely on wire rack.

    Step 13

    Enjoy with your favourite beverage or in its own.
