My 8 yr old loved it! No sugar, healthy fruit and tofu for protein. The only indulgence is a small bit of crushed cookie. It wouldn't be banana pudding without cookie and it disguises chia seeds.

**tip- I've found the best way to freeze banana is in foil wrap, cut it into pieces first.
