Pre heat oven to 160 degree.
Chop the chocolates in chunky pieces
Put the chocolates into a separate bowl.
Chop the banana in thin slices so it's easier to mash later on.
Place into a separate bowl.
Add 2 cup of raising flour into the mixing bowl.
Put the 70g of the butter into the microwave for 30 seconds.
Add the tablespoon of honey into the bowl of butter.
Add the thinly sliced bananas and egg into the mixing bowl with the raising flour.
Then add the honey and butter into the mixing bowl.
Then add the milk.
Mix thoroughly until it looks smooth. Do this for about 1 minute.
This is how it should look like before you add the chocolate chunky pieces.
Add the chocolate chunky pieces.
Then you mix the chocolate chunky pieces.
Using the brush and butter, coat the muffin tray well. This is to make sure when you take the muffins out they don't stick to the tray or break apart.
Evenly spread the mix into the muffin trays.
Place the muffin tray into the oven for 20 minutes.
Take the muffins out of the tray and let it rest for 2 minutes.
