Mash the banana with a fork
Mix in spices and almond butter. Optional spices are nutmeg, ginger, vanilla, cardamom and cloves.
Mix in yogurt and chia seeds
Stir in milk. Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes to thicken. Top with fresh fruit or a drizzle of honey and enjoy. Sweeten as desired
For a nice creamy pudding use whole milk, coconut milk, or even heavy cream. For thicker pudding add more chia. Skip the bowl and add all ingredients to blender for a quick pudding.
