Crush the biscuits!
Add the melted butter and as much cinnamon as you like. Normal people like 1-2tsp, my house prefers loads!
Mix it up well.
Press the biscuit mix into your pan evenly.
Mix sugar, vanilla extract, cheese.
Yum yum yum! Mix mix mix...
Four free range eggs... Stir in well.
Pour the cheese mixture evenly into the tin. Place in the middle of your oven (at 150°C) and leave for at least 45min.
When it's still a bit wobbly (approx 45min-1h) kill the oven and let the residual heat cook it through.

Good enough to eat. Let it set in the fridge for a couple of hours, or overnight to get the best from it.
Sometimes it splits a little while cooling. Don't fret too much- it's just an excuse for powdered sugar!
