How to Make Bacon Swiss Cups

Can make miniature cups, too!

Supplies

  • 2 Containers Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 8 Bacon slices
  • 4 Slices of Swiss cheese, shredded
  • ½ Onion, chopped
  • ½ Tomato, chopped
  • ⅓ Cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Basil
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

    Step 2

    Lightly grease muffin pan. Unroll crescent rolls and place in pan. Shape each to create a cup. If you will have some leftover rolls, bake them separately as rolls or make pizza rollups (posted!)

    Step 3

    Cook bacon and crumble in a bowl.

    Step 4

    Add chopped onion and tomato.

    Step 5

    Add Swiss cheese.

    Step 6

    Add basil and mayonnaise.

    Step 7

    Stir well. It might look messy, but that's O.K.

    Step 8

    Evenly place mixture in each cup.

    Step 9

    Bake until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes.

    Step 10

    Carefully slide cups out of pan. Serve and enjoy!
