How to Make Baby Food

Baking baby food is easy and nutritious for your baby


  • 2 Medium butternut squash
  • ½ Cups Chopped parsley
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • ½ Pounds Lean pork
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Butternut squash is great! Full of nutrients and tasty.

    Step 2

    Chop your squash into pieces. Drizzle with a little bit of olive oil and parsley.

    Step 3

    Roast in the oven for 40 mins on 425 degrees

    Step 4

    On a frying pan, fry your pork with a little bit of olive oil until cooked.

    Step 5

    Make sure you use lean meat.

    Step 6

    Purée your swuash

    Step 7

    Chop your pork into small pieces. My baby is starting to eat chunks but if your baby doesn't, purée the meat with the squash.

    Step 8

    Add a little more parsley into the batch and mix everything together

    Step 9

    Store in the fridge and freezer. This should last your baby up to a week.
