This recipe is really fast and simple to make, it's just a matter of slicing the ingredients and plating them together, I added my personal touch to the most commonly spread recipe, hope you like it.
Start by pitting the avocado
Slice each half
Slice the mozzarelle
Cut the cherry tomatoes in 8ths
Chop the basil and chives
Alternate a slice of mozzarella and one of avocado and tomatoes. Sprinkle basil and chives on top, add oregano for last. Drizzle with some olive oil, balsamic vinegar glaze, salt and pepper to taste
I like a ratio of 250g of mozzarella (two small ones) to 1/2 avocado, but you can adjust it according to your preferences. Enjoy!
