Cut all four small avocados in half removing the stone.

Scoop all of the flesh out of the avocados into a food processor.

Pour 1/3 cup of coconut cream, 1/4 cup of cocoa and two teaspoons of vanilla extract into the food processor.

Pour 2(out of 3) tablespoons of maple syrup into the food processor.

Add the last tablespoon of maple syrup into the processor, as well as breaking up the 200g chocolate block into quarters. Put 3/4 of the block into a bowl to melt and then cool in the fridge.

With the ingredients (minus the melted chocolate) in the processor, set the timer to 10 seconds and then scrape down the sides of the "bowl" and put in for another ten seconds.

Pour the melted chocolate into the food processor and then put on for 10-15 seconds

Scoop out the mouse into a serving bowl/cup and then grate the last quarter of the chocolate to sprinkle over the mouse and chosen fruit(strawberries). Enjoy.
