How to Make Asian Stir Fry Noodles

Notes: In stead of 250g pork, you can use 1 breast of chicken (chopped/ground)

Supplies

  • 1 Teaspoon Chopped ginger
  • 4 Cloves of garlic
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 2 Small chilli peppers (optional
  • ½ Chinese Cabbage
  • 250 Grams Ground Pork
  • 200 Grams Fresh Rice Noodles
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Boil water for the noodles

    Step 2

    Chop up the spring onion, garlic and ginger

    Step 3

    Chop up the Coriander

    Step 4

    Chop up the chili pepper

    Step 5

    Chop up the Chinese cabbage

    Step 6

    Heat up the wok with oil at high temp then stir fry the meat

    Step 7

    Once the water is boiled, add the noodles

    Step 8

    Add the ginger, onion, and garlic mix, and the chili peppers

    Step 9

    Add the cabbage to the cooking noodles & cook for only a minute or two.

    Step 10

    Strain the noodles and cabbage

    Step 11

    Add the cabbage and noodles to the meat mixture and stir for another two minutes

    Step 12

    Add coriander and stir

    Step 13

    Add salt

    Step 14
