How to Make Artichoke Crostini

Great for parties as finger food or appetizer.


  • 1 Tablespoon Minced garlic
  • 1 Cup Green pitted olives
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons Capers
  • 1 14 oz can of artichoke hearts, drained
  • ¼ Cups Olive oil
  • 1 Cup Bag of crostini
  • 4 Ounces Mascarpone
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Add all ingredients into food processor.

    Step 2

    Process until it becomes paste-like.

    Step 3

    Serve on crostini bread. Enjoy :) I used crostini bread but feel free to use any other type of crusty/crunchy bread that you can heat up in the oven.
