by Mathilda Flores

Delicious and easy. If i can do it, so can you!

Supplies

  • 1 ⅕ kilograms pork filet
  • 2 yellow onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 Cups cream
  • ⅘ Cups dry white wine
  • 2 Tablespoons flour
  • 4 Tablespoons veal stock
  • 2 Tablespoons mustard
  • ⅘ Cups priest cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • salad (optional)
  • rice (optional)
  • Instructions

    Step 1

Rinse the pork filet from unneccessary fat and stuff, then cut it into thick slices.

    Step 2

Fry the meat in a pan, then put them aside on a plate

    Step 3

While the meat was frying you should chop the onion and cut the garlic into thin slices

    Step 4

If you're gonna have rice to the dish it's a good time to put the water to boil now. When it's boiling put in the rice and follow the instructions on the package.

    Step 5

(I fried the pork in this pot that's why it's already a dark liquid in there) Pour in the cream into a pot

    Step 6

    Pour in the wine

    Step 7

    In with the onions

    Step 8

    Then the flour

    Step 9

    And the veal stock

    Step 10

    Then the sticky mustard

    Step 11

Whisk the ingredients together while it's bringing to boil

    Step 12

When it's boiling: throw in the pork and keep boiling it but on a lower heat for 3-5 minutes. While it's boiling you can grate the cheese

    Step 13

When it have gone 3-5 minutes, drag the pot away from the heat, put in the cheese and stir til' melted

    Step 14

Serve with the rice and a salad. Bon apetit! 😊
