How to Make an Easy & Healthy Omelet 😊

Supplies

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • ½ Green Bell Pepper, cubed
  • 2 Mushroom, cubed (optional)
  • ½ Pounds Sausage Crumbles
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Fried cubed green bell and mushroom for about 3 mins ( you can add pinch of salt and pepper ).

    Step 2

    Then, add sausage crumbles and fried it for about 5 mins. Remove them from pan and set aside on a plate.

    Step 3

    Stir the eggs and egg whites lightly. Then, cook them in skillet until set (medium heat).

    Step 4

    Add the crumbles, bell pepper, mushroom and mozzarella cheese on top.

    Step 5

    Fold omelet over and heat until cheese is melted.

    Step 6
