Here we go! You asked for it and here is a simple, inexpensive greeting card project for you Graphic 45 fans. You can use ANY Graphic 45 line, and your choice of the supplies- lets get to it!-Denise

Choose a card base- you can use a pre-made one like this from Michaels, or take an 8.5x11 piece of cardstock and trim it on the long side at 5.5 inches- score and fold in the center

The next piece is your choice- I call it a focal background piece. It will go behind the Focal Piece so make it a just a bit bigger. Ideas: Fabric, paper, a die cut piece or lace

Choose a coordinating ink. I used ColorBox Pigment in Caliente.Then pick a sentiment. Ideas: A stamp, a sticker from G45, or your own writing

Of course you need these to put it all together! You can also use a paper trimmer, and any adheive will do: liquid, glue dots, high tack tape, tacky glue or Hot glue.

First ink your edges of everything

Cut out your background paper smaller than your base and ink. You can leave as little or as much of the card base showing

Add your trim. You can go horizontal, vertical or symmetrical- your choice

Add your focal backing and trim to size. Attach these together, then attach to card

Stamp your sentiment directly on your card-If the background is too busy just or grab some scrap and stamp on it- then cut out to size

For this one I used G45 Typography. Instead of fabric for the focal backing I used a piece of G45 paper. I used G45 Washi instead of trim and a sticker for the focal. Love the masculine look of it

How about one more! This one I used lace for the focal back, gold ink, washi tape, Petaloo flower and G45 Stickers. This has Graphic 45 Sweet Sentiments, Little Darlings and Botanical Tea papers!

So fun and easy- and trust me it is a challenge for me to use so little supplies! I had to really hold back- but these can also be a great jumping off base to add way more bling!
